Sound Massage

The sound massage is performed with therapeutic singing bowls after the Peter Hess® method and is not a massage in the traditional way. During the one hour treatment the singing bowls are placed onto the body and tapped gently with a mallet. The sound vibration released by this process travels through your whole body and brings every cell into motion.

This gentle stimulation allows the cells to reorganise and go back to their natural state of vibration. This is when the body experiences a state of deep harmony, peace and relaxation.
